For a permitted non-clinical Teams meeting, review the recap for agreed administrative actions. Then practise an Outlook reply to a made-up supplier thread. Both applications are part of Microsoft's Copilot offering.4 Confirm the action owner and purchasing commitment before sending anything. The example should contain no patient discussion or identifiable case material.

Reconcile the activity workbook
Explore invented aggregate service activity in Excel and ask Copilot to propose a chart and calculation.4 Inspect the range, category definitions and missing cells. A reporting officer confirms how the totals were formed before they enter a funding narrative. Keep the explanation focused on recorded administrative activity rather than inferring health outcomes from a spreadsheet pattern.

Locate the approved office procedure
Create a Copilot Studio practice agent using a selected SharePoint library of non-clinical procedures. Microsoft documents authenticated SharePoint knowledge access.5 Test a question with an ordinary staff account and check the returned source. Where the procedure gives no answer, have the agent point staff towards the responsible team instead of inventing an instruction.

- Ask Word for draft revisions and a separate list of affected responsibilities.
- Review the responsibilities with the manager before preparing the staff communication.

Can Copilot handle a patient consultation?
Patient consultations are outside these workshop exercises. Choose an approved management or service-planning discussion, and refer any identifiable health-information proposal to your organisation's review process.3
How do we avoid an obsolete procedure answer?
Use a controlled source collection and inspect each returned link. SharePoint-backed Studio knowledge supports authenticated retrieval, but the document owner still needs to manage versions and test the answer.5
Can our office use its existing accounts?
We check the features enabled on those accounts before setting the session scope. Copilot's app access varies with the current Microsoft licence and tenant configuration.4
