Verify the suggested formula and inspect rows omitted from the result. Staff should be able to reproduce the answer in the workbook before it becomes a sentence in an internal report.5

Where enabled, Teams supports meeting summaries and action capture. Stage a facilities planning discussion with no patient information and compare the generated note with participants' recollections. Confirm who accepted each task and which matters need escalation. Keep the approved meeting record in the usual location, rather than treat an unreviewed recap as an instruction to staff.5

Draft a supplier follow-up in Outlook
Use Outlook on a fictional conversation about an administrative supply request. Ask Copilot to summarise the questions still open and draft a reply that asks for the missing details. Read the source messages before sending anything. The purchasing reviewer checks item descriptions and approval status so the draft cannot imply an order has already been authorised.5

- Identify the intended staff audience and required wording.

What should our quality lead check?
Check whether a draft preserves the policy's meaning and points to the correct approved reference. Pay attention to duties, exceptions and escalation instructions. A document can be readable while still giving the wrong instruction to a staff member.
