Follow up staff planning decisions
Use a permitted Teams staff meeting to practise reviewing decisions and responsibilities. Draft the related staff message in Outlook, whose Copilot features include email support.4 Check that the recap distinguishes an idea from an agreed task. Keep learner cases out of the meeting example, and confirm any message that changes the expected work of another staff member.

Review shared equipment requests
In Excel, explore a fictional table of teaching spaces and resource requests. Analysis and formula assistance are documented Copilot capabilities.4 Ask it to identify overlaps, then inspect the actual rows and formulas. A resource coordinator decides how to resolve competing needs; the training table contains no learner attendance or achievement information.

Prototype staff guidance lookup
Use Copilot Studio with a selected SharePoint library of approved staff instructions. Authenticated SharePoint knowledge is supported.5 Practise finding the process for booking equipment or reviewing a teaching resource. Require a document link and test a question with no matching procedure. Keep the agent restricted to staff until its scope and sharing controls have been reviewed.

Prepare a unit change with staff review

- Use Word to propose the activity sequence and mark assumptions about resources.
- Check the resource assumptions against a fictional Excel booking table and review the content.
