We do not need patient data to teach staff how to inspect a generated answer.

Revise an office policy in Word
Choose an approved non-clinical policy and a fictional change brief. Ask Copilot in Word to prepare a revision with outstanding decisions left visible. Word assistance appears in Microsoft's service table.6 The document owner compares the proposed wording with the source. Test whether an unanswered question remains a question or becomes an invented instruction in the draft.

Summarise a mock service-planning meeting
Where Teams meeting support is available, use a practice discussion about room bookings and office supplies.6 Ask for decisions separately from suggestions, then review owners and dates with the participants. Keep the scenario free of clinical discussion. A manager approves the record before it is placed in the staff library or used for follow-up work.

Prepare an operational report from dummy entries
Use a fictional Excel table of completed forms and unresolved administrative queries. Request a summary and check which categories contributed to it. Microsoft's description includes Excel experiences with plan-specific availability.6 Reconcile the totals before drafting a report, and preserve an explanation of the table's limits. Do not turn a small synthetic exercise into a claim about actual clinical performance.

Build a helper for approved staff guidance
A Copilot Studio prototype can point staff to non-clinical policies and blank forms. Studio supports agents using selected organisational knowledge.7 Keep its library small and give every document an owner. Ask a question the library cannot answer and check the escalation. Leave patient systems, appointment changes and outbound messages disconnected during this initial learning stage.

Review the whole route of a policy draft
- Agree which public or dummy policy material the workshop accounts may read.
- Prepare a Word draft and ask the policy owner to inspect every proposed instruction.
- Record the approval and move only the accepted document into the normal staff guidance location.
