Check the result on sample rows before discussing any chart. Keep real student identifiers and small identifiable groups out of the initial workbook, including hidden sheets and free-text columns.6

Use Teams meeting support where the institution has enabled it and approved the meeting process. Request a draft list of resource-development actions, with suggestions separated from decisions. The chair confirms owners and removes learner or personnel details from wider notes. A fictional planning meeting makes a useful demonstration without recording a sensitive staff discussion.6

Build a staff policy finder
A Copilot Studio demonstration can use selected general procedures to answer where staff should find guidance. Require links back to the approved documents. Test an assessment question the procedure does not resolve and expect a handover to its owner. Check the audience, knowledge scope and available actions before considering publication to staff.7
