  • Draft a clear administrative notice

    In Outlook, work from an approved fictional notice about a routine course administration change. Ask Copilot for a concise email that preserves the required action and contact route. Email drafting and summarising are documented app features.6 The administrator compares it with the source instruction before sending. A friendly tone must not change who needs to respond or imply that a tentative arrangement has been confirmed.

  • Explain an artificial reporting workbook

    Prepare invented resource-use or attendance-category records in Excel. Request a formula and a chart for a specific question, then ask how missing rows affect the result. Does every teacher need the same licence?

How do we maintain the method after training?

Name an owner for accepted prompts and source documents. Keep reviewer corrections with the pilot record, and update the exercise when policy or curriculum instructions change. A reusable workflow needs current material to remain useful.
